1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

How to Enter

3. To enter,

a. Visit https://www.instagram.com/liquidiv.uk  and

b. Tag another Instagram handle by commenting on the competition announcement post, ‘like’ the post and follow the @liquidiv.uk Instagram account.

4. The opening date for entries is 08:00 BST on 30/07/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:00 BST on 06/08/2025.

5. Entrants will need to follow the @liquidiv.uk account on Instagram and have their privacy settings set to allow Direct Message from @liquidiv.uk during the Promotional Period and for the time period necessary to administer the Promotion.

6. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

Entry Requirements

7. Multiple entries per person are permitted however each entry (tag) must be unique.

8. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

9. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer, including by Artificial Intelligence, will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

11. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Prizes

12. There will be six (6) winners in total. Each
winner will win one prize only.

a. The first three (3) winners drawn will win:

i.        1x VIP Garden + VIP Pit All Points East tickets for 16th August 2025, for the winner and 1 guest.

ii.        Backstage tour at All Points East for the winner and 1 guest

iii.        2 nights of accommodation in a 4* hotel from 15/08/2025 – 17/08/2025 (1 room, double occupancy), breakfast included.

iv.        Liquid I.V.® product and merchandise to the value of £100

b. The next three winners drawn will each win the following prize:

i.        1x VIP Garden + VIP Pit All Points East tickets for 23rd August 2025, for the winner and 1 guest.

13. Prize Tickets specifics: 

a. Allocation of all prize tickets will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Winners will receive tickets only valid for the specified date.

b. All ticket prizes include the tickets only and (except as expressly stated in paragraph 12 above) does not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.    

c. Winners shall remain at all times responsible for their guest (who is the additional ticket holder). 

d. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.

e. The prize tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

Selection of Winners

14. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered by the Administrator into a random number generator. The first six entries drawn at random by the Administrator will each win the prize specified above.

15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. The winners will be notified by Instagram direct message from @liquidiv.uk Instagram account within two (2) days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within two (2) days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

17. The winners and their guests may be filmed, photographed and interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf while attending All Points East. The winners grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage, photographs and testimonials in any media and through any media channel.

18.The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

19. The winner’s details (their Instagram username) may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com and
referencing “Liquid I.V. x All Points East Giveaway” within 4 weeks of the closing date. If you do not wish such information about you to be made available in the event that you win the competition, please email ukicare@unilever.com, including the reference “Liquid I.V. x All Points East Giveaway” not later than 48 hours of being informed that you have won the competition. Please note that if the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we may share your details directly with them, as required.

General Terms

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Instagram for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

21. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

22. The Promoter, Unilever, reserves the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.  

23. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. 24. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
