Are there anywhere you do not ship to?
We currently do not ship to outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Your order via www.liquid-iv.co.uk can only be delivered to a United Kingdom address. Unfortunately, this means that we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, or to Gibraltar or other Overseas Territories.
How will my order be shipped?
Our parcels are shipped via Amazon Logistics. Orders shipped via standard delivery will arrive at your home within 2 working days. Amazon Logistics is a flexible premium delivery service by Amazon.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery date information. To ensure there are no mistakes and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode. We’re unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.
What else do I need to know about how my order will be shipped?
- When we receive your order on a working day, we will aim to ship it within 24 hours, and deliver to you within 1-2 working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please refer to our shipping costs and delivery times by region above.
- We'll let you know by email once we have received your payment. When your parcel has been shipped, we'll send you another email (UKlcare@unilever.com) with track and trace information.
- Shipping rates are in UK Pounds Sterling and will be listed separately on your invoice.
- All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
- We don’t offer click & collect right now.
- Missed a delivery? Amazon Logistics will try to deliver your parcel 3 times, after the 3rd attempt the parcel is returned to our warehouse in the UK.
- If your package does not arrive within the indicated delivery time, please contact us within 2 weeks of your parcel’s original delivery date. We can only open an investigation with the courier within a 2-week period. After those 2 weeks, we cannot provide compensation nor assist you further.
