Terms of Sale
Unilever UK Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") provides the services/sells the products available on the Site to you subject to the following terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale"), the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, describing how we use your personal information. By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
3. Prices
The prices indicated for products available via the Site are all inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
For subscription contracts, pricing and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed in accordance with the Subscription Terms (see Section 17 below for further information).
4. Product Information
We will do our best to ensure that all information, descriptions, photographs and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Though we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
For subscription products, full details will be provided as set out in the Subscription Terms (see Section 17 below for further information).
5. Promotions
Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Discount codes may have exclusions. Discount codes cannot be applied to reduced items and cannot be applied during sale periods. Only one offer or discount code can be used per item, order and customer. Our online offers cannot be used in conjunction under any circumstance.
6. Reselling of products
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms of Sale.
7. Online Orders
When you order online you will be helped through the process by simple instructions on the Site. You place your order request for goods from the Site by clicking on the Complete Order button at the end of the online order process. When you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from us.
For subscription orders, the process and rights described in the Subscription Terms apply in addition to these Terms of Sale (see Section 17 below for further information.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you.
To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms of Sale (including ourPrivacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by email.

8. Payment
You may pay using credit/debit card, GoolgePay or ApplePay. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

9. Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until they have been delivered to you. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
11. Delivery
We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Please refer to our Shipping Delivery Policy for more information on delivery options.
For subscriptions involving recurring deliveries, the Subscription Terms will also apply (see Section 17 below for further information).
12. Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For subscription goods, your statutory rights and the additional rights in the Subscription Terms apply, including cooling-off and cancellation rights (see Section 17 below for further information).

14. Disputes
Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any goods from Unilever UK Ltd shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Sale, which include our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of or purchases on the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting the changes on the Site. You are advised to consult these Terms of Sale each time you visit this Site.

If you enter into a subscription contract with us, the Subscription Terms apply in addition to these general Terms of Sale.
In the event there is any inconsistency between the Subscription Terms and these general Terms of Sale, these Subscription Terms shall prevail for subscription contracts.
AJ Bell Great Manchester Run X Liquid I.V. Competition
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
How to Enter
3. To enter, visit https://www.liquid-iv.co.uk/pages/great-run-competition provide your first name, last name and email address, (only if you have read and agree with the content of these Terms & Conditions) tick the box to confirm that you agree to the Terms & Conditions, and submit the form.
4. Opening date for entries is 18:00 BST on 17/04/2026 and the closing date for entries is 23:59 BST on 19/04/2026.
5. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.
Entry Requirements
6. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one Prize (as defined below).
7. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Prizes
10. There will be minimum (2) winners (“Winner”) and there will be one Prize per Winner (as defined below). However, should more entry spots still be available, more winners may be drawn at random.
11. The Winner will receive a one (1) ticket to either 10K AJ Bell Great Manchester Run or the half Marathon at the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run completed on 31 May 2026.
12. The prize includes the ticket only and does not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.
13. Use of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.
14. The prize tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
Selection of Each Winners
15. The entries will be drawn at random from all valid entries received on or before the closing date will be the Winner of the Prize.
16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the applicable Prize(s) for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the closing date. The Winner must claim their Prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 48 hours of the notification. If the Winner’s Prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
18. If you are selected as a Winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid Prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.
19. The Winner’s details initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing liquidiv.uk@unilever.com within four (4) weeks of the closing date.
General Terms
20. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
21. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
22. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. 23. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
